Since 1999, we have provided unbiased advice to entrepreneurs, family businesses, (PE) investors and large corporates on selling, buying and financing businesses across the globe. More than 60% of our deals are cross-border.

In 2023, Capitalmind welcomed Investec as significant majority shareholder to extend our footprint in the UK, USA, Asia and Africa.

Our team consists of 300 experienced professionals across the world, of which 15 in the Netherlands.
