CBRE Advisory is the advisory branch within the CBRE group. With more than seven hundred colleagues in the Netherlands, we advise owners and users of commercial real estate.

Our work includes the following: we help owners achieve on real estate investments, and on the other hand we develop unique housing solutions for real estate users. We manage real estate objects, carry out valuations, advise clients on the purchase and sale of properties, develop workplace concepts, provide on-site project management and much more. Together with our clients, we set the tone in the real estate world.

We are an organization where it does not matter whether you are an experienced professional or a young talent, and in which position you play. We offer everyone the freedom to seek for opportunities. We work hard for our successes and celebrate them together, for example after closing a deal or during our weekly drinks.

With more than 115,000 employees spread across 480+ offices in 100 countries, CBRE is the global market leader in real estate consultancy. Since the beginning of 2019, we have had our head office in the Schinkelbuurt in Amsterdam, called The Core. A new, innovative office under the fifty-year-old roof of a former car garage. With this office we are taking a new path, giving entrepreneurship space and working more intensively with clients and each other.
